The Project
The parking ramp at Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC) in Minneapolis, MN, required rehabilitation to address years of wear and deterioration. The project called for durable expansion joint solutions that could help restore the ramp’s performance and extend its service life.
As the project moved into the bidding phase, the contractor, RAM Construction Services of MN, needed an expansion joint solution that could meet performance requirements while keeping the project moving efficiently. To support the rehabilitation of the MCTC parking ramp, Nystrom supplied Seismic Wing Parking System EJN-WS-200, 300 and 400 expansion joint systems, along with Jointcrete™ Header and Primer products.
