Territory Sales Manager - (Mid Atlantic)

SUMMARY:

To be a successful Territory Sales Manager, candidate will have an aggressive focus on finding and 
closing new business, as well as nurturing existing relationships in the commercial construction 
market. Candidate will be responsible for our direct-to-market channel as well as our distribution 
channel. Candidate must be self-motivated and responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales 
quotas by selling through distribution and direct-to-contractors. Alignment with the internal sales 
team is critical to the success of this role and will allow candidate to grow the territory at an 
accelerated pace.

• Territory Sales Managers can be based anywhere within your dedicated sales territory in states of 
Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them 
to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Close new business
• Forecasting and building a pipeline for future growth
• Increase specification rate and presence in market
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Remote role with frequent travel throughout territory. Some overnight travel will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outside Sales Experience with history of growth
• Commercial construction experience required
• Experience in selling direct to sub-contractors preferred
• Experience in selling architectural expansion joints preferred
• Experience in selling to distribution preferred
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Remote role with frequent travel throughout territory. Some overnight travel will be required.
