Position Overview

The DIGITAL SPECIALST has experience in business-to-business markets and is a HubSpot pro who develops and implements digital marketing strategies that align with Nystrom and Babcock-Davis business objectives. The role is responsible for optimizing our online presence and developing a positive, frictionless digital experience for our target audiences by managing websites, SEO, email, social and digital activities. This is an exciting opportunity that blends marketing strategy and hands-on application. This is a highly collaborative role that requires an interest in learning about our business and products, channels and target audiences.

 

Responsibilities

1. Work with the marketing communications and product managers to design and execute digital strategies that promote product growth to target audiences.

2. Apply web design principles and effective layouts to ensure digital content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for engagement; includes  uploading new and editing existing images, copy and content as needed.

3. Employ an ongoing plan to assess, diagnose, and fix website issues to optimize performance, security, and SEO health.

4. Develop content calendars in alignment with marketing communications and product initiatives.

5. Track performance across all digital platforms and evaluate to provide actionable insights for optimization; monitor analytics and use tools like heatmaps to recommend page improvements.

6. Develop quarterly report on digital, website, and e-commerce analytics.

7. Administer e-commerce site, including maintaining accurate product information and pricing, uploading new, and editing, content and images.

8. Work with marketing communications and coordinator on digital content and creative assets (copy, images, graphics) to enhance our online presence via social networks.

9. Assess brand presence on distributor or other 3rd party sites and monitor to ensure brand and product accuracy. 

Required Experience

•  3 years of experience executing digital programs in business-to-business markets.

•  Proficient in Hubspot, SEMRush and Clarity of other heatmapping tool.

•  HTML experience execute website edits and direct agency resources.

•  Experience in SEO and PPC best practices.

•  Social media experience developing content, increasing engagement and evaluating platforms.

•  Experience prioritizing and managing multiple department projects simultaneously.

•  Preferred Experience: Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads; Canva and Adobe suite, Writing and editing skills.
