Essential Functions

  • Responsiveness to customers and territory partner
  • Ability to consulatively sell through in depth knowledge of the products and market needs
  • Organize daily tasks
  • Natural curiosity when speaking with customers to identify additional opportunities
  • Follow up with open quotes
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to ensure growth of territory while working alongside your Regional Territory Manager and external territory partner
  • Make phone and e-mail contacts to help the Nystrom team achieve its daily, weekly, monthly and annual quota goals
  • Learn processes involving credit applications, price adjustments, change orders, quoting, order prepartion, returns, and submittals
  • Learn internal CRM and other systems


  • Proficient computer skills inlculding Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong telephone and email skills
  • Familiar working with CRM's
  • Should have at least 2 years sales experience
  • Construction background preferred
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred
