The Project
The Wilmington Airport terminal expansion required a 6,000 square foot passenger addition to meet increased passenger and aircraft capacity needs. A unique solution was needed to meet the demands of the structure’s movement while seamlessly integrating into the existing building envelope. The Seismic Aluminum Roof System, Curb Application (RJS) as well as custom endcaps for the system were the answer for the unique conditions and building geometry. While only 120 linear feet were needed on this project, the RJS provided a specialized solution to meet the project’s requirements.
