The Project

T5 Chicago III in Northlake, IL, is T5 Data Center’s third data center development project in the Chicago market. The 250,000-square-foot facility delivers 36 megawatts of capacity and uses the latest energy-efficient technology to reduce environmental impact. Its strategic Northlake location provides high-speed, low-latency connectivity throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. The Seismic Pre-Compressed Vertical Foam System (SES) was selected to accommodate the data center’s expansion joint movement requirements while providing a reliable joint seal.
