The Project
The new NASA Measurement Systems Lab brings together multiple research and engineering groups to improve the time required for projects to move from idea to completion. Meeting the new timelines requires collaboration and a lot of foot traffic on the building stairwells. The architect specified Nystrom stair treads for the concrete stairs to prevent slips and falls. The stair treads are made of a unique recycled material that offers benefits beyond safety.
