Nystrom customers, Bor-Son Construction and Northland Mechanical Contractors, were recently honored for their work on the Phoenix on the River project.

Located along the north banks of the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis, Phoenix on the River is a new mixed-use development consisting of the five-story Main Street Homes and the 17-story Tower Homes. Completed in August 2009, the $48 million, 350,000 square foot project provides high-end luxury housing with location, amenities and service not previously seen in this market.

Mark Morell, Nystrom Territory Manager for the Midwest Market indicated that Nystrom provided the architectural louvers, roof hatch, and access panels for the project.
