Nystrom Interior Series floor doors are intended for interior or low moisture areas when liquid flow into the hatch is not a concern.

Nystrom FH-Series: Interior floor doors provide access through openings in interior floors or floors not subject to the presence of liquid.

Nystrom FHA Aluminum angle frame floor doors are economical and easy to install in interior applications. These hatches are constructed with stainless steel hardware throughout, so you can expect years of dependability.

Type 316 Stainless steel butt hinge

Type 316 Stainless steel compression springs enclosed in tubes, which counterbalance the door to require no more than 10-30 lbs. of opening force

Latch:
Type 304 Stainless steel slam latch with an inside lever handle and an outside removable key handle

Mill finish. Frames provided with protective epoxy coating at areas that contact concrete

Hold-Open:
Type 316 Stainless steel handle that automatically locks the door at 90 degrees when opened. Handle can be released with one hand for easy operation
