The FT series is perfect for high visibility interior areas where access through the floor is necessary in pedestrian areas. FTA Series recessed aluminum floor doors are intended for infill of 1/8" VCT / carpet.

Nystrom FT-Series: Interior, recessed floor doors provide access through openings in interior floors.

Nystrom FTA Aluminum recessed floor doors are constructed with lift springs and a slam latch for ease of use. We do not recommend FT Series floor hatches for ceramic tile applications. Please consult a representative for alternative product.

Hold-Open:
Type 316 Stainless steel handle that automatically locks the door at 90 degrees when opened. Handle can be released with one hand for easy operation
