Self Closing mechanism-Available for all 30" x 48" and 42" x 42". For smaller sizes Call Factory.
Mortise cam lock preparation-A high security option that allows the hatch to receive a mortise cylinder with an extended cam.
Detention lock preparation-Used where maximum security is required. The door is prepared to receive a detention deadbolt lock.
Wood frame installation-Frames are provided with 3/8"mounting holes for anchoring.
