RHG - GALVANIZED STEEL ROOF HATCHES

Cover & Liner: 14 gauge galvanized steel cover with 22 gauge galvanized steel liner.

Curb: 14 gauge galvanized steel with 12" self flashing curb.
Optional: Double wall curb at exterior.

Hinge: Heavy-duty zinc plated intergrated with counter balance spring.

Latch: Slam latch with interior and exterior turn handles. All double leaf hatches and single leaf hatches that exceed 60" hinge dimension are manufactured with a zinc coated steel 2-point latch system.
Optional: T-304 stainless steel latch.

Springs: Greased compression springs enclosed in telescopic tubes.
Optional: T-316 stainless steel telescopic tubes.

Hardware: Zinc coated steel hold open arm(s) with vinyl grip, inside and outside padlock hasp, and extruded thermal EPDM gasketing.
Optional: T-316 stainless steel hardware.

Insulation: 1" thick rigid fiberboard at curb perimeter and 1" polystyrene in cover.

Mounting Flange: 3 1/2" on single wall curb; 2 1/2 " on double wall curb.

Finish: Powder coat finish.
